Ahhh I started that discussion with some other fans recently on face-book. If it's just a full track with just MIKE then I might have to say Remote Control. His intro to 3 Minute Rule is also my favorite verse. Damn this might get long and I don't have time to link right now that's the first part of my answer. :p

Mike just looks so cool ridin' around town on his lowrider bicycle.
Don't forget Mike's solo album, full of chart toppin' hits!!!

(y)
Love his whole opening verse in 3-Minute Rule. "I stay up all night, I go to sleep watching Dragnet..."

His whole part in Rhyme the Rhyme Well is pretty killer too.

(Love that video...bromance in the snow...plus the Sasquatch dancing!)
For some reason I've always loved his verse in All Lifestyles where he mentions both Rhoda and Yoda. (@ 1:30 in the video below)

And of course Netty's Girl, along with the video.
Mike is kinda the shizz. I remember seeing a thread here where people were talking about how he is the "Most Improved MC" of them all. That's definitely true...especially live I think, he changes things up in a fun, tight way.

Professor Booty (which to me is top notch for all three)
Nonstop Disco Powerpack (for pure WTF LOLs)
Heart Attack Man (from the Hefty bag giggle to 'lungs full of tar stomach full of Spam' it's a Mike D tour de force)
Paul Revere (I'll never not join in at the top of my lungs when he introduces himself - and mayhem - in this one)

Mike D Yeah?with your bad self running things
What's up with your bad breath onion rings
Well I'm Mike D and I'm back from the dead
Chillin' at the beaches down at Club Med
Make another record 'cause the people they want more of this
Suckers they be saying they can take out Adam Horovitz
Hurricane you got clout
Other DJ's he'll take your head out

Mike has perfected the hip-hop non sequitur.
See: Nonstop Disco Powerpack; also: Ch-Check it Out.
I walk, like Jabba the Hut.
With the style so ill, y'all be like "What?"
Turn this party out like a bon vivant,
with the skill at will that I know you want.
On a hot day, with the iced latte.
Devious - I'm like Wile E. Coyote.
Hot to trot-e? Maybe not-e.
But little did they know there was a baby in her body.

I love the end of Rhymin' & Stealin' when he says "I tax you boyyeee!"
"I'm Mike D and I get respect/your cash and Jewelry is what I expect"
another great line
Mike on the Mic I guess would be the #1 Mike D Joint

Long Burn The Fire. They all deliver on that track. But Mike brings it home. So much build up before his part. Too bad we will never see it live.

Listening to Some Dumb Cop Gave Me 2 Tickets Already. Forgot how good this is:
Everybody knows that I broke your heart, you know
Everybody knows Mike D broke your heart
But you gots to stop telling them how I stole your car
You know, that just ain't fair
Invinceable, most incredible,
unstoppable, achniculous

The punk tracks shine cause of Mike's vox. Heart Attack Man's prolly my fav atm so I'll go with that.

I'm guessing your being sarcastic on that one. It's not like you slip that song into your main Beastie playlist, right?
It's a hilarious track and intentionally terrible IMO
