Haven't seen anything posted here about this upcoming release from the Villain and Jneiro Jarel. 3 tracks have leaked to the web. So, far it's been Banished, Rhymin' Slang, and Guv'nor.

The tracks grow on me with each listen but I'm still a little worried lol. DOOM releases are my most anticipated next to the BBoys. Nothing out now has grabbed me yet.

When Born Like This was coming, Cellz blew me out the water first listen. So did Microwave Mayo. Hell, almost every DOOM rapped track was nice on that album.

Is DOOM falling off? He's been actually doing shows in Europe, with no impostors, but they seemed severely mailed in from the youtube clips.

Not really. I'm an old DOOM fan but nothing in the past years has blown me away. Including what's been dropped from this release.

Even Born Like This was a tap disappointing. The Dilla tracks were nice, but I wish he found unused Dilla beats that hasn't been hit up yet.
I'll peep it, but most likely won't buy it.

I saw DOOM live a couple of months ago, and he killed it. Mailed in or not, he basically rapped his ass off and dropped a shitload of Madvillainy tracks. I'd give him a solid 7.5/10.

This album is streaming on the lex records site. Just listened to about half of it but I'm too damn tired. I like what I hear so far.

its ok, nothing special. DOOM's beats are better than most of the beats on the album.

i dled the one with him and masta ace. i didnt look into it to much so idk if it was just someone doing a mash up or what but a lot of the beats were recycled. and that is wack to me.

This is quickly becoming one of my favourite DOOM albums ever. I think it's really, really solid.

Man, I'm embarrassed to say that I slept on this album after a half-assed single listen. Big mistake. This is a very solid album. Love me some Villain Man.
