Solid Gold...

Hello so I never bought the solid gold hits album mainly because I own everything on that and I felt it was a Capitol money making cd that the Beastie's had nothing to do with, but I could be wrong.

Recently I heard a DVD came with it. Assuming it was just music videos for the songs on the album, but I've also heard recently there is a crawl space video and I know there is a Shazam! video so I'm wondering

1 are these videos on this DVD
2 if not where can they be found?

I don't know about a crawlspace video, but it has footage of the beasties racing around in go karts and a little video for that's it that's all when the dvd menu is on.

The DVD is nice because it has FFYR, CCIO, NSTB, and OLTNYC on DVD.

I think the Shazam! video came with certain copies of Awesome I fucking shot that. That disc also featured a few remixes as well.

on the menu for the videos,if you leave it running there is a video for "thats it thats all"

What was the reason the Run DMC sample was removed in this version? I know i read it somewhere when the vid came out...

I've been searching a bit, and the only answer I got was: "i can see some terms of agreement for use being only for use on the full length album and in the promotional music video. maybe a menu screen, background filler doesn't qualify and thus has to be removed."

This is my fav part of the DVD. Good to see its on youtube. I never used to be able to find it on there. Was filmed at Melbourne Aquarium which is cool. Im sure it would have been Yauch's idea with him adjusting the camera an shit mid song, so awsome. Just on tour sight seeing chillin in the underground part of the aquarium "lets do a vid".
