lmao!! you know....i worked at the movie theatre in massapequa that summer but i took this day off....to avoid dirty dancing!

whats funny is that my best friend, shawn's (he was not only the first white kid in massapequa that listened to rap, but he was the first a JEWISH WHITE KID to have listened to it!) mother got us 4 floor tickets...the 18th row i think. they were going to be for myself, shawn, and two my other buddies (who were in our group "the guinea pigs".) and they backed out at the last minute because thier parents thought MSG would be too dangerous for 16 year olds. so we had 2 extra tickets and his mom didnt want them to go to waste so she and her younger son went along with us.

my friend, shawn was used to these concerts because his uncle was in an r&b group called "skyy" in the 80;s and he used to go on tour with his uncle, thats how he became an early fan of rap.
