When I think about Adam Yauch the last few months,it helps watching "you tube" videos from the Paul's Boutique and the check your head era, thats adam as a Beastie Boy with his band mates.
I wonder if Dechen and losel ever watch these clips/videos to help with their huge loss or it would really not help at all. When I think of MCA I always think of those two, now since his passing

Yeah I think of them daily! I think of them and Mike and Adam all of the time and I keep sending positive vibes their way. I am sure life will never be the same for them, for any of us... I am not sure what they watch, probably footage of the family together or photos. :/

anyway, I hope they are doing the best possible in that cases

I remembered while watching one of Tammies cooking shows, seeing Losel playing wii with mikes kids. It's a few years old but I'm sure they have spent a lot of time together and really looked like they were having fun.

Jesus. Always the spokesman the family. "I'm sure life will never be the same for them, for any of us" How poignant. Of course you're not sure what they watch because your creeper cams that are mounted don't point in the direction of the television.

Stop always trying to be the spokesperson and the know it all. It gets so fucking old, lady.

So what exactly is your problem with Jo? Cause I don't get it or buy it.

Why did I never know that this existed until now?!
Tammy D is awesome - wish I was as inspired as she is in the kitchen...maybe if I had a kitchen like hers. :) I especially loved the episodes where others in the Beastie family made appearances. Great stuff! (y)

(Got very confused watching the videos, though, as to Tamra's definition of "vegetarian." Fish sandwiches? They must have switched back to being omnivores, or at least pescatarian, maybe.)

That "fish sandwich" episode went right over my head :) Did you also see Adrock was not to keen on that fish sandwich. I am a vegetarian and have had a few pescatarian moments through out my life. I think you are right because she also does a show on clams and linguini. She is a big fan of seitan. That stuff is just nasty.

In the episode here, with the kids playing wii, did you see Dechen? She is so pretty. You only see her for a second but I am pretty sure you can see a bit of Adam standing by her. I had to replay it because I wasn't so sure. Seeing them being normal people is nice.

I think Adrock was joking. :)

I'm vegetarian too. (y)

I thought I'd heard that Mike was macrobiotic vegan (I'm in awe of anyone who can do that). Then in the vegetarian shepherd's pie episode, Tamra says that they are vegetarians. Then in later episodes, they're eating fish. So, I guess their dietary lifestyles have changed over the years.

Yes, I saw the very brief shot of Dechen. It is really cool to see a little glimpse into the family side of their lives, on the road and off. Mike's kids are adorable!

He just doesn’t like me. I don’t care though. I’ve been though worse on these forums so it’s all good. ;)

I’ve watched Tammy D’s show many times. You should check out all episodes because you definitely see all the Beastie families hanging out here and there. And it’s cute when Mike D pops in to help her make the kids lunches in the morning!

When I first started watching her videos, I couldn't believe how much of an adult Mike is. I always just thought of him as the free, fun loving Mike-D. He's got real responsibilities. I really like watching her videos.

I especially love the one where Davis and Skyler freak out during breakfast. Cracks me up every time.

How cute! Mike sure seems to know what he's doing too. My husband wouldn't have the first clue. Hmmm- maybe I should show him these videos :D
