I personally wouldnt include tupac or biggie but everyone and thier mother think they are the best rappers of all time and if one didnt include them, then all hell would break loose.

Na, even if you don't like their music, you have to respect their influence. Tupac certainly was not an innovator or original at all in his music. But his attitude is what really attracted fans (kinda Sid Vicious-like). With respect, if you deny them, you are kinda dissing yourself in relation to your Hip Hop knowledge. Beastie fans of all people should get that.

(However, I certainly think Biggie & Tupac are overrated because they died at the peak of their fame. But they certainly aren't alone in this respect.)
