Listened to it all day at work.

It's exactly what I look for in a Hip-Hop record.

Producers - The Alchemist, 9th Wonder, Evidence, DJ Babu...

Guest MC's - Ill Bill, Buckshot, Pharoahe Monch...

New York hip-hop is killing it right now with Sean P, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano, Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire, A$AP Rocky, and countless others.

I'm not going to compare it to Kendrick's record... BUT! This is what I like to listen to and what inspires me to make hip-hop. Maybe it's just because I'm a east coast kid?

Either way. Great beats, great rhymes.

9/10 (from just one day of listening, subject to change)

It's good. It's just a shame Kendrick dropped when he did.

I'm not as big of a head as some of you cats, so I admit I had never heard of this dude til you guys mentioned him. I got this on spotify and gave it a listen today on a long drive.

Dude has skills without a doubt but nothing jumped out at me on first listen. Definitely some tight lines and wordplay but no head nodder trax for me.

Willing to give it another listen. Got through about 6 tracks then put on Kendrick.

yeah P is a beast. its a solid album. but theres no doubt KL's album is just head and shoulders above everything else out right now. no shame in that.

but def give it a full listen sometime. he really is one of the last hardbody 90s rappers in the game.

I disagree with everything you said.

It's like comparing PM Dawn to KRS-One.

Apples and oranges.

Thats a personal thing, if your personally feeling the P album more thats all good. Like i said P is a beast and puts out some of the last legit hard street shit no cornball sellout shit.

Im just digging the KL album, its fresh to me. P sounds like old P u feel me. Good no doubt tho.

Ahhhh, I'm just fucking with you. ;)

The Man With The Iron Fists Soundtrack is 50% solid 50% trash.

I got the new eXquire but haven't had a chance to get into it properly yet.

The new Harry Fraud joint with French Montana and Bronson is solid.

Fucking Problems is a banger!

On topic, I see Sean P has a feature on the Bronson/Alchemist record. Looking forward to that.

I still listen to Kendrick. I put my fav joints on a playlist with the other songs I've been feeling lately on my iPod.

I wish there was enough hours in the day to listen to all this goodness that's been dropping and keep up with my time in the studio. I've been cranking out some beats lately. And I've got a bunch more to get out to my peeps that have been wanting to colabo.

Martin had a dream!!!
