I would really like to hear this soon. Where would you set the over/under for when it will hit the street? (if ever)
I am thinking 1 year...would prefer 1 hour.

It's a solid record, but it's no Mic Tyson.

The mix is choppy but it's better than Three Loco.

I have a bad feeling there is no such thing as "HSCP1"
I guess time will tell...

It'll probably come out, or something will come out eventually if there are unreleased band or Yauch recordings.
The bigger question is: do we want it? Posthumous releases are usually a mixed bag, and with no tour or anything to accompany it, can seem a little sad.
I think I'd like to hear them, if they exist at all, regardless. Queen's Made In Heaven is one of my favourite of their albums after all, Freddy's last recordings are heartbreaking but necessary to have a complete picture of the man's art.

Without a doubt...they are the best at what they do regardless if it is posthumous or not.
Bottom line is it doesn't really matter if "we want it". I'm sure Mike and Adam have some sort of plan for the Beastie Boys whether that means releasing new material or not (at least I can hope)

Of course if there are any future releases whether they are unreleased or "new" material I'll pick them up day one. But I'm not exactly anxious for anything either.

If you have listened HSCPII in random mode 1000 times, you probably have already listened HSCPI at least once.
