I'm back on the losing weight train and pounds are (finally!) starting to come off again.
I won't get into the whole story, but I had an accident about a year ago where, during recovery, I wasn't allowed to workout. Sitting on my ass and eating like I was still working out every day packed a lot more pounds on than I'd like. Old habits came back surprisingly quickly too.
I'm back on it though and now that pounds are coming off... my butt has a little less cushioning. I forgot how uncomfortable some of these damn seats in coffee places can be. F this.
How y'all doing? What hurts on you today?
