Time for Livin' is a Sly and the Family Stone cover.

And the music is a Frontline song.

I believe the lyrics are a Sly cover, but the music is a Hardcore (Front Line) band that never release anything, with a bass line Yauch learned from the guys.

Kind of mashup ?

Nice. I don't think I knew that. Definitely didn't know it was Frontline. I guess it is more of a mashup than a cover.
