I'm looking forward to attending this event. My wife is Japanese and Hip Hop is not her thing (not even a fan of SDP).
But she's coming with me to this thing and I think its gonna be fun. I am not a big fan of a Beastie cover band, but we'll see how it goes. Certainly can't complain if its free! (although I may still do so, lol)
I know the Sunny Bak artwork will be worth it.

I'll check out the exhibit in the next week or two but won't be attending the opening with the Pollywog Crew tribute show.

Yeah, I checked out their website.

A year ago a local punk/hip-hop band covered Licensed To Ill on a "cover to cover" night.

It was painful.
