Paul's Boutique Original Artwork?

So I'm reading Dan LeRoy's Paul's Boutique book again, and I just want to know if anyone has a link to Eric Haze's original album artwork before MCA vetoed it for the Ludlow/Rivington shot.

In the book it gives a link to his site: www.interhaze.com, but upon going there I can't find the image.

It was on the site back when that book first came out. Essentially it was the inside gate fold but with the words Beastie Boys over the top.
