my son is about to graduate from high school and got accepted at the university of miami, his top pick (wants to be a civil engineer) and they awarded him a $12,000 per year scholarship. now i just have to figure out how to get the additional $38,000 a year.

my daughter will start high school this fall. she has braces, which i'm jealous about. i want them again.

someone at my work thought it would be brilliant to make me a supervisor, so i am in charge of 25 attorneys and have been for over a year now. i laugh about that every day.

the good doctor is busy with work and projects at the house. so, he pretty much works to pay for projects. that's what happens when your house is only a year younger than your wife.

Beth...I cannot believe you have children in high school and going off to college. Sounds like you did an excellent job raising them! My daughter Ava is 3. I just started working as a C.N.A. at a pediatric hospital/rehab for severely handicapped children. I loooove it..I didn't think I'd be able to handle it but I really feel like I was made for it now. Starting nursing school next yr. Oh yeah I'm not a wife anymore, but I think you knew that:-)
