I can think of a million reasons why he wouldn't want to go through this on a public level. It's been great to see Adam be somewhat open about it and responsive to the outpouring of support, but Mike seems like a pretty private guy and I can respect that.

I have been reading comments from fans not happy that he didn't show. I don't know. I always thought it was too personal and too difficult for him to deal with it publicly. I can understand that. He looked like a ghost when Horovitz read Yauch's letter at the rock hall of fame. :/

Just check Hoptstop.com - it's easy. Closest subway is the 2, 3, but there are others in the area. I walked there from the F at Jay St, which also includes the A, C line. Whichever one you end up taking, walk west on Joralemon to Columbia Street, take a left, and walk south to State Street. It's an awesome park in an awesome neighborhood. I'll be visiting again a few times over the summer.

I promise to post them tomorrow. It is after all going to be a year and a day so I'm gonna keep the news going.

BTW spent most of the day posting news and it was so good for me because it kept tears out of my eyes. I had a goal and it was to keep the fans updated with MCA DAY LA, MCA DAY NEW YORK, MCA CHICAGO, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, CELEBRATING an amazing Life and PRAYERS........... It was amazing. I got through it because of that... If I don't count last night before I went to bed.. But after that it got better. I am going on 5 hours sleep. About to crash!!!!!!!

I look at Mike D in all of their old videos, interviews etc... and he seemed to really look UP to Yauch. Yauch teased him like a kid brother or something like that. I think MIKE is torn up inside. He's probably better off keeping to himself for now. He probably needs it. Just my gut feeling.
