Cycling?

So, i just joined up for a fantasy league for the Giro Italia and after picking my riders i got to select my teams jersey, there were a lot of options of cycling teams and sponsors etc but there towards the bottom were two beastie boys jerseys with the licensed to ill logo on them. there were no other bands in there and its a bit odd that they were an option. I wasnt aware of a link between the boys and cycling, am i missing something, have they ever sponsored a team or summat?

Anybody got any info, other than that there is a type of mountain bike called the beastie boy
