I’ll tell you what’s fun...The next time your waiting to cross a light and a jogger comes up beside you and starts running on the spot, I suggest you too also begin running on the spot…in fact you may want to step it up and break out some jumping jacks or deep knee bends…just do it…especially if you’re in business attire…good times, shits and giggles…

when im biking and I pull up to a light on the shoulder, i'll balance myself without putting my foot down. people in the car that pull up next to me generally have something to say with a shocked look on their face.

I use clipless pedals, and couldn't un-clip fast enough one time and fell over in front of a car... Most embarrassing moment ever.

i teeter over about once or twice a year because for whatever reason I just can't get unclipped fast enough

I can't use the pedal cleats - I'm always falling over. Maybe if I ever start having a commute that doesn't have me stop every 200 metres I might start using 'em.

As for jogging. I do jog on the spot too. I would love it if MC came up to me and did that. It's not to show off or anything, you just don't want to lose your rhythm or cool down; you want to go, find that hill and run up it. Stoopid traffic having right of way :mad:
