After the Beasties, Boards are definitely the group I most wanted to see a new record from.

Love the first single (http://youtu.be/2jTg-q6Drt0), and everything I've heard about 'Tomorrow's Harvest' is encouraging.

I hadn't heard about it. I listen to their stuff quite often when I'm working on a project.

This is shaping up to be a pretty good year.

It's been a fairly disappointing year for me musically so far. A lot of artists I've eagerly awaited releases from have put out dull, middling bollocks this year (a happy EELS record - the fuck?) and it's now going to be another 2-3 years of waiting for (hopefully) better material.

Here's to the new BOC record not sucking (y)

What did we think?

I really, really like it. It's like the sound track to a lost 80s nuclear disaster movie.

It seemed a bit too similar to 'Music Hs the Right to Children' at first, but has since grown on me a lot.

At it's best, there are some great tracks on 'Tomorrow's Harvest'.(y)

It's been a heavy year for good records and it's been lost in the fold. But I'm checking it out again right now and it's a nice record.
