How to prove the autographs are legit?

People (and shops) are selling autographed stuff left and right with a "proof of authenticity". What I see it's just a piece of paper. Because how much they try to claim this one (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beastie-Boys-Autographed-Picture-100-Legit-comes-w-Certificate-Of-Authenticity-/171099458208?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27d6528aa0) is legit I suspect that Mike D and MCA were written by same person, I have never seen MCA signing like that...

PSA/DNA seems to be most trusted authenticators in the business. If I were to buy any autographed item, it would need to have a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA with it.
