Yeah I don't know what it's like in that neighborhood...but real estate is location location location, and the reality is, something is worth whatever someone will pay for it. If they sell it a few years from now for a nice profit then how can it be a bad deal...

I personally don't really like lofts. I like walls and private rooms.

My guess is with their sensibilities they'll make the space look more cozy than it does in these pictures.
