I love this song. I've only heard it like 3 times and it's awesome.

she's been in rolling stone a couple of times already and for good reason.

looking forward to more music from her. she was great on Ellen.

I like it. The chorus reminds me of something I've heard before... I don't like her voice too much either but hey it is a nice escape from Ms. Perry.

I listened, and liked

First time I heard Royals, I thought I was listening to an old 90s early 80s song. Then well into it I realized it was new. I think that was the hook, and now its in rotation.

True... it does have an old school feel to it and I am always complaining about how music doesn't have the cool beats anymore that I liked during the 80's and 90's.

It will be interesting to see if she ends up being a one hit wonder or if her career will take off over here in America. I read she is a New Zealander and had no clue she was only 16!
