I was always interested in what this movie could have been like. I know in interviews they had said it was either the film or Hello Nasty. Hello Nasty is my favorite album of their's but this could have been amazing.

"Adam Horowitz played this kid, Nino Vincenzi, who lived on Roosevelt Island with his Dad who was a mechanic and was a little bit a John Travolta*[in] “Saturday Night Fever” type of kid. [His character] had all these dreams and aspirations, but he was awkward and couldn't dance. So he didn't even have that going for him."

This would have been great. Article mentions he's already finished the Noah Baumbach movie. That should be good.

I can't wait to see "Her" based on Jonze's work alone, and even more to see his tribute to Adam Yauch in the closing credits...

thanks for that link... sounds like part of that concept eventually morphed into A Day In The Life Of Nathanial Hornblower

Haha. I am not Fatlip. When I created the avatar back in 04 if I wasn't listening to the B-Boys it was the Pharcyde.

I was reading various articles on this.... How Spike left the set the day Adam passed and then flew back with all of these ideas to tribute Yauch. Looking forward to seeing it too.

Miss u Yauch! :/

I just saw it, and the onl tribute I saw was a "dedicated to" line in the credits.

that's all you should have expected to see.

the artistic "tributes" would be choices or expressions that Spike made while finishing the film, doing it to honor a man who frequently collaborated with and influened Jonze throughout their two decade long partnership in the film & music video industries...

I just saw it, and the onl tribute I saw was a "dedicated to" line in the credits.

it was also a film about enjoying life, which Yauch did to the fullest and is one of the best lessons that can be learned from his legacy. so that message in the movie is fitting to the dedication.
