Someone is trying to log in to my account

I keep on receiving automated emails from the forum because somebody in Ukraine has repeatedly tried to log in to my forum account. After they have entered 5 wrong passwords my account can't be logged into for 15 minutes.

Is there any way that their IP addresses can be blocked from accessing the forum?
