coming in here is not as fun or reuniting and gratifying as it would be when you would come back after months or even years. When people would still answer, there would be long conversations, things would be moving, alive.

It´s like when you move out of a house you´ve lived in for years, empty echoing rooms, boxes outside, lived-in, walked-on floors and the sense of unseen movement lingering from all the life there was living in it all this time.

Now it just makes me sad and nostalgic! As if the Beastie Boys legacy is becoming more of a yesterday than a today.
