1) If Zimmerman was injured from the teen - where are the descriptions or pictures or the injuries/and signs that Martin struck Zimmerman

2) Proximity of the firearm discharge and to where - front, back, torso, where?

3) Why didn't Zimmerman get treated for his injuries? broken nose? concussion?
documentation by police/doctor?

Facts are coming out aren't smears, they're facts and everything has to be presented to fully understand why. I feel sorry for Trayvon's family and believe this Zimmerman idiot should be charged for manslaughter at minimum with the facts that are out so far. The support for Trayvon and his family is outstanding but I believe it has pushed the race aspect of this case too over the top. Racial attacks happen daily and many way more blatant than this case shows so far that barely even get a news paragraph.

A lot of kids end up going down the wrong path and turn to gang life, but even if Trayvon was like that, the facts remain. He wasn’t out doing anything wrong and was minding his own business. Zimmerman jumped to conclusions and had already a bad reputation for being hostile, so sadly if it wasn’t Trayvon it would have been somebody else. Now why hasn't his erratic behaviour been reported before? There are more people out there like Zimmerman and unfortunately it will happen again if our justice system doesn’t punish appropriately and keeps giving them a slap on the wrist. Harsher punishment might not solve all of the problems but it might make some people think twice about it. Then again each state has different laws and stand your ground is ridiculous.

The person who uses defensive force knew or had reason to believe that an unlawful and forcible entry or unlawful and forcible act was occurring or had occurred.

So if I personally have reason to believe somebody is up to no good I can just shoot em down in cold blood? Am I not understanding it correctly or is that what it’s saying??

Valvano, you see, it doesn't matter what race either person was. It was wrong for Zimmerman to follow and confront somebody and then shoot them. Even if Trayvon was walking around with a bag full of stolen jewels and a ski mask. You can't just start a tussle, then shoot the person when they fight back.

All these excuses people are giving for Zimmerman's behavior are more racist than what happened. Basically, the opinion is that Trayvon was an amateur gangsta, so it doesn't matter that his life was taken. Which is a fucked up opinion. By that logic, anyone can just go up to people they find suspicious and fight them to the death. I'm gonna try that this weekend, gonna wait around outside bars in my neighborhood and "patrol". If I see a drunk obnoxious frat boy type, I'll start following him, then confront him and shoot him in the chest when he puts up a fight. Because he looks like a date rapist. If he hasn't raped anyone, he would probably rape someone, so it's fine for me to shoot him even if he's unarmed. right? I'm just looking out for my neighborhood, right? He probably got suspended in high school a couple of times anyway.

it wasn't aimed at you or your emotions, this has been my take on the matter since I was following the story in early March. some people have been focusing their ire on the perceived race of the killer as presented in the media instead of the killer himself, for gunning down a teenager. I've been saying this all along.
