Yeah, like all these girls are all "Oh Man, what I wouldn't do to that guy". But if out of the blue the guy that plays House walked up to you and were like "Lets go back to my place and how 'bout you give me a blowjob." You'd all be grossed out and say no.

But if someone like Salma Hayek walked up to me out of the blue, and said "Let's go back to my place, and you can lick every inch of my body." I'd be flattered, and take her up on her offer.

Honest? The Hollywood guy probably has an advantage because he's famous.

If he were a dick to me famous or not he's getting no love. I don't know what you mean by "earn his way" but I'd expect it to be like any other time I've met someone that I was attracted to out at a pub or something. You eye each other across the room, one of you makes your way over, a conversation is started, etc.

If I met two guys, a famous one that I have a crush on and a non famous one that I was just attracted to I'd probably be more likely to have a one night stand with the famous one.
