abdomen - yes, I agree. In fact it was my first day of my period so water retention is a bit unkind at that time. Usually it's not so bad, such is my luck the event landed on the same day.

The make-up part: it was for a GoGo thing, so yes, that is the point.

I am. It's gotten better though, although again, water retention that day which sucked.

crunches + diet + running.

while i do not agree with fucktop's assessment, the pic was posted and she expressed her opinion, and while it came across as bitchy, i'm not entirely sure it was intended as such. everyone seems to be ganging up on her for doing it, but when zorra posted that really bitchy comment to cookiepuss in the family album, no one ganged up on zorra. sorta hypocritical, isn't it?

you (the general you) have to expect that posting a picture invites any comments that anyone chooses to make, good or bad, and it looks like crystal has no problem addressing fucktopgirl on her own. meaning, crystal doesn't appear to need anyone to run to her aid.

okay. well, that was extreme. I suppose you don't know what ham-fisted means, so here:

1. Lacking dexterity or skill; clumsy.

2. Lacking social grace or tact.

3. Having unusually large hands.

and as I don't know what your hands look like, you can infer that I was using meaning number 2 with a little bit of 1.

and, yeah, I do have some "slack meat", but even if I didn't, jesus, crystal is far from fat.
