The girl who made this (graffitiongirls) just sent me a message on flickr. "It's on East 7th and 1st in NYC and inspired by "so what cha want", which he directed". Here's her own pic of it

I can't really figure this out from my phone , but here it goes.

A friend of mine sent this to me on Friday. She is friends with the drummer from or was from Ben Harper. I don't know when this is, but this photo is amazing.

I have been chasing down anything I can get my hands on regarding public tributes in Los Angeles. if you hear of any, send the info my way and I will try to hunt it down and photograph it. it helps me in the process of grieving and also brings me closer to the spirit of Adam Yauch and the Beastie Boys.

I am so grateful for this community right now.

Google is starting to build up a bunch.

This one says "The MCA tribute of the day comes from Virgin America. Thursday, May 10, 2012"

"A memorial for Adam Yauch is pictured on 169 Avenue A where Yauch and the Beastie Boys recorded The album Polly Wog Stew, on May 6, 2012 in New York City."

A mod should feel free to move these to the correct thread if I'm in the wrong place.

.Peace.

I found it on Facebook, I think you'd posted it on the MCA fansite? When I was looking for it again to give credit to whom it was due couldn't find it again...

The poster from the tin is framed above my bed! Luckily I'm handy so I could make a special frame. I think I've posted a pic of it here sometime, I'll look for it when I get home, don't know how to post links from phone yet.
