They are from the show Strangers With Candy, which is a hilarious fucked-up take on after-school specials. It ran for three seasons on Comedy Central.
And Stephen is on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

My hair has somehow not been frizzy lately, and i have no idea why. I am so lucky for my hair because it's made me really low-maitenence, I can just get up and go.
