if i understood correctly, the tickets are only available for people living in holland as you have to go to a dutch post office
if i could somehow get a ticket, i'd be able to come to amsterdam - 15 hours train ain't that bad ;)

-the membership.., can I only get it @ melkweg in Amsterdam or can I just walk in a post office in the netherlands the 13th and get my tickets?

You can get tickets the 13th and pay for the membership at the night of the gig.
