Love this mix. It's sort of like the reverse of how the Bboys put together GIT. cutting up Tips freestyle and writing their rhymes to fit in.

I wish more remixes took this approach. Also super nice to hear Biz rap with the Bboys.

i don't think i've heard this before. thanks for sharing! i never listened to the def squad remix much, which is odd because i love everyone involved.


my fav remix has always been the so what'cha want soul assassins remix. i love how they created the correct blend of cypress and beastie style. my fav era for both groups.

when the beat breaks and Yauch comes in at 1:23. woof. chills every time.

Only on a promo CD, and not as a Beastie Boys release. It was released under Def Squad.
