Although this doesnt confirm that they played it live just that they chilled to it backstage, perhaps deciding whether to include it in the setlist.

Well its not recorded on any of the shows in the setlist.fm database so easy to therefore assume they didn't: http://www.setlist.fm/stats/beastie-boys-13d689c5.html.

Any idea what show they played it and if there are any bootlegs?

It was in Brussels. And if I remember correctly, they did the same a few days later in Milan.
