Get the URL of the picture you are using (you can't upload it onto the site, you have to host it somewhere like picturedot.com). You can right click on the pic, go to Properties, and copy the URL from there. Then, when posting it on the board, click on "IMG" and past the URL of the pic in there. Tada!
