about 3 years ago some friends of mine came up with a party called "sandwich day", where everybody who comes brings a sandwich, with portions to share. they've done it every year since and it's become bigger and bigger - it's a great, simple, yet elegant idea that everybody loves because the party lasts all day and all you do is eat sandwiches and get drunk, it's a pretty big hit. this year about 40 people came, so there was a lot of sandwich

the hosts have neither the room nor desire to eat all of the leftover sandwiches (there are a lot of leftover sandwiches) so you can take home some as well. i brought home a big tupperware container of them, it was a pretty sweet deal

Women do that, except with christmas cookies.

Luckily no, it was only basic level 1 field work which was part of the reason it sucked so much. Aswell as raining from the first night onwards pretty much until the end of the week. The ex-infanteers amongst us thought it was a load of crap aswell because of how basic it was, 'oh, patrolling tactics, again...woooo'. Waste of time.

Ah no, after a week wearing that crap and being in the mud and dirt my skin was in bad shape! Recovered now though luckily. As soon as I put the cam cream on, I literally break out in spots.

i don't envy you, one year in the ccf at school and i still can't forget itchy uniforms and lying in mud on pointless manouveres. not that what you're doing is pointless, it just was at school!

yeah she was kind of flirty actually. she's kind of flirty generally though, i don't know if it's because she wants to do me or not. at any rate i'm not really interested; personality wise she isn't really my type and a casual sex thing would be a bad idea because 1) i'm bad at sex and she would not find that impressive and 2) she's part of a circle of friends of mine and that would just be weird. also i'm hopefully seeing someone at the moment so there's that
