That's correct. We don't offer any uploading facilities here. You have to upload elsewhere and then link to it.

The only thing we're giving clearance to use are the a cappella tracks we're offering. Anything you use in your remix beyond the a cappellas we provide is used at your own risk.

That said, you may link to your uploaded remixes here though, of course.

We couldn't figure out the right tempo because "tape machine speeds vary" apparently. Anyone got a rough idea? Perhaps they could suggest something.

alright, cool cool. I played the original on my stereo and tried to match it with a metronome. It's somewhere between 89 and 90 bpms. Maybe 89.75? I did this by ear though.

i hope you're not mad that i have the tt5b acapellas.

i think the Car Thief tempo is 90bpm because i used that as the tempo in my mix and it fits like a glove.

Though I understand it, and totally understand why it's necessary, I think having to get clearance is whack. Everyone should share their music :). Just as long as you don't copy the song completely

90 BPM def. works when remixing Car Thief....the end of the song sort of tails off slightly though....may be the timing of the vocals or song may be slighlty above 90 bpm
