was the letter itself slightly disappointing though?

i mean, when i got a similar type of result letter back, it was pretty much a blank sheet that had my name and the word pass on it. nothing more, nothing less.

i was thrilled to have passed but sort of thinking to myself "so what does this really mean?"

dude. totally talk about this MAJOR thing in your life... and FUCK ... brag all you want, if you feel happy and whatever. I hate hate hate all this "you should do this and don't do this" talk about dating, guess that's why I never ever was into it. It's not a game, it's life and interactions with people. You need to be yourself and not filter shit. If humans can sniff anything out it's bullshit and people tend to gravitate more toward someone who's genuine. Now, you could be doing the same, and in which case I apologise. But I'm pretty certain eric was joking, I think he knows what the word means. I'm sure you're just joking around aswell, but quoting the dictionary seems to have a certain air of seriousness about it.

I recall when I got the call that I got my first job in my industry, I literally threw the phone into the air, it smashed as it hit the ground and I ran out onto the street in the middle of winter barefoot with no shirt and screamed at the top of my lungs. It was an exhilarating feeling, I nearly passed out from sheer joy.
