Do you really think you're THAT important that someone is going to "out" you as a frequent poster of the Beastie Boys Message Board just because you post one actual pic of yourself? If you're afraid of being called a "geek" then your friends would be automatically be geekier if they went through the actual trouble to see if you actually posted photos of yourself on this board. There are countless many of us who've posted our pics and none of us have ended up thrown into a dumpster.
We've seen your South Park cartoon version of yourself, so an actual picture of you isn't going to do anything.
Think of this as the equivalent to putting your own photo up at MySpace.
No matter what you say, nothing is going to happen to you if you post your pic.
