It's a moot point and a pretty crappy post. Sorry to be so blunt.
When you are in the media spotlight you probably have to get used to criticism but I don't imagine it would be too nice for any of them to feel personal comparisons are being made between them.
Of course I could be wrong.
Anyways, the point is how would you feel about the Beastie Boys if one of them was no longer a part of the trio and there was only two of them. They are what they are because they each bring their own thing to it.
