I have a giant skull too! It's hard for me to wear most hats because I'm really sensitive to any sort of pressure on my head - I hate headbands, too - and they're usually tight. But I do have one, which I call Yellow Hat, that I've had for a long while. I guess it's more of a floppy toque, and it's this beautiful mustard yellow, like

this. It's the only hat that I can pull off and I get a lot of compliments on it. One friend even said it had become my "trademark"
It's losing its elasticity and I am very concerned about that because I love Yellow Hat.
