Leon meets up with Wesker's ghost and is instructed by the ghost to run to the local convenience store to pick up some Astro Glide so Nemesis can uh, well, you get the picture.
It's a shot from the Mercenaries mission, I think. You can die sooooo many ways. It's gruesome fun. Seriously the best game out right now. I wish I had more time to play it.
