how do you steal water? isn't it essentially free?
i steal TP all the time. i keep a roll in my car in case i am out doing field work and need to drop a load.
last time i needed it we were drilling on a bridge in december. i had to peel off my many layers and sort of wrap them around me and crouched over the edge of the stream. good times!
