I just noticed I've been seeing quite a few Rock Hard test pressings (12") on Ebay recently, selling for over $300 a pop. There's one up there now (

Does anyone know how to validate these as authentic? Given how sloppy test pressings are (just hand-written labels) and how expensive they are, I imagine they are at a high likelihood of being bootlegged.
Edit: Also, no offense if this is someone's Ebay posting from the message board. I'm not implying that this is fake, just that it looks different so I'm wondering how to verify these things at all.
