Does anybody have a high resolution image from Mike D's Gulf Thrills shirt in the Sure Shot video? Or know where to scoop the shirt itself?

I know threads come up about this every few years but did not find anything in the archives...nor can I find this damn shirt.

Any help would be appreciated.
