kll, did a covered california agent tell you that personally, after you enrolled on their site?

I had a bad experience with one agent, literally told him he was a terrible representative for Obamacare, asked to be transferred, and got the info I needed.

as far as subsidies, they are sending the payment in advance for those who need it most, or they will give it in the form of a tax refund during tax season.

I am in the latter category, so they haven't asked for such information.

but they did want info on my son that does not even exist yet as he is 19 days old- passport, social security, etc.

I went in the County Health office and Department of Social Services cleared everything up again.

I will admit- it's a clusterfuck right now. but it's fucked from the administrative end. website rollouts and the way the info is being share across agencies is getting convoluted.

i am still looking forward to getting quality coverage for me and my family and I hope everyone else gets the answers they need to get the same for themselves and theirs.
