If I made them, I would have indicated that.
Besides, I generally just download a video (preferably Quicktime but Apple likes being a bitch about having to lose a arm just so you can have the ability to, at least, download free videos so they end up to RealPlayer which downgrades the quality). Otherwise, I do that, use a FLV converter to turn them into other files that Bink and SMacker can read, then convert to whatever (for me, GIFs) into a empty folder so Adobe ImageReady can import them into animation ready. Then I make sure all frames are highlighted and choose whatever speed I want (you don't have to chop up frames unless your website desperently needs bandwith), just select a speed of your liking that's between 0.1 to 0.9, preview them with your browser, save as .GIFs and your done.
Yes, a very poor man's way but it gets the job done.
