it means theyre making lyrics that make you think, and when you hear them, you'll be happy ( at least i THINK it means that)

The phrase 'right as rain' is an old English expression, hence Ad Rock's bad English accent when saying it. It basicly means 'you'll be feeling much better' or 'you'll be feeling fine' an example of this is 'Take some headache tablets, get some rest and you'll be right as rain'
