i started early this afternoon, i've been eating it on and off all day. now it's nearly gone. it takes all my willpower to put it away everytime i bring it out, but it keeps calling my name.

Lactose molecules break when cheese matures. So the older and stronger the cheese, less lactose it has. Actually none. So YAY! cheese!

I've done this before. Cheese is my downfall. I'm vegetarian but could never go vegan solely because of my love for cheese.
