amazon.com order
I recently ordered a package from amazon and I think someone stole it from my doorstep. I e-mailed them to see what they could do. The response made me giggle.
"I can only imagine how frustrated you must be with us at this point, I appreciate the admirable restraint you exercised in your message. My sincere apologies for the time you have spent dealing with this issue. It appears the package may be lost. Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. I have placed a new order for the items. There will be no charge for this replacement. " Yay replacement package! |

thats pretty sweet that they were so easy going about it
did you not sign for the package? cause i know one time the mail guys said they delivered soemthing to me, but they never did, and the sender was hard pressed to resend stuff again

Nobody signed for the package. They just left it on the doorstep. It happened to 2 packages in 1 week. I'm still waiting to hear back from zappos.
