i ate a mac.donalds burger not to long ago and my stomich started to hurt, then i felt all heated and desided to go to a friends house.. the next day i started coughing and got a high fever and my nose was all stuffed up.
after a few days i felt fine. UNTIL i ate a teen burger from A&W and right after i took like 2 bites i felt like i was going to barf and stopedd eating it, i layed dowwn and watched tv and it still felt like i was going to throw up. the next day the cough came back and my nose was all stuffy and i kept coughing that my lungs started burning and i couldnt bare to eat anything else.
i thought i had the bird flu or something
doesnt that run in

is the soemthing you can take to build up your health so you cant get sick so easily?
