carrot/miso/ginger salad dressing

Since I found this recipe I make this salad dressing quite often (originally from paltrow's goop website ugh). It is ridiculously fresh and satisfying.

A little off topic but fiji apple dressing and apple chips on salad...a nice variation.

the only thing i dont like about it is that it doesnt keep for very long

otherwise, this http://allrecipes.com/recipe/asian-ginger-dressing/ is good for when you want to make a bottle of dressing in this vein and that (like i do) to keep for quick salads during the week
