![]() My apologies if this was posted before but this popped up in my Google news feed and wanted to share.
Local Philly music blog posted a small article about the show on its 20th anniversary. In it it embeds a link to the video of their set recorded in its entirety (mostly). Cuts off the MMM intro and the start of Time to Get Ill The video is pretty good for being 20 years old but the sound is amazing. http://thekey.xpn.org/2018/08/20/bea...y-philly-1998/ Last edited by MrSmiley1 : 08-22-2018 at 01:09 PM. |

![]() I remember the MSG show in '98, I think it was right before 'time to get ill' they were asking the crowd to get loud and Mike and Yauch were like "we were just in philly. Yo Philly was loud!!!"
I also unfortunately remember Jersey getting the loudest roar at the same show when Biz Mark was asking who was in the house. He asked as an after thought basically after getting lukewarm responses from each of the boroughs. sorta like "wait... is jersey in the house?" |

![]() That's hilarious.
Also, am I nuts or did some shows actually have horn players on Song for the Man? I was at the Detroit show in 98 and swear they did. |
